Customs legalization

ASKO-Expedition has signed an agreement with several customs - broker agencies and is able (with their help) to render the client services on customs registration of cargoes, and also provide services of customs - license warehouses.

Today, on the territory of the Kiev regional customs house Cargo department № 8, the following services are provided:

• Complex of services on registration and inspection of vehicles during the admission to procedure of certificates for transportation of cargoes under the customs control issuance;

• Complex of services on registration and inspection of cargoes, received in import - export routine;

• Services of customs - license warehouse. The warehouse is located in a capital brick construction covering 1200 sq.m. area and equipped with a platform for frontal and lateral unloading of automobiles;

• Temporal storage services. The warehouse is located in the quarters covering total area of 425 sq.m.;

• Customs brokerage services on registration of cargoes and vehicles in all customs procedures.

Advantages of the services are the following:

• customs terminal and customs department of the Kiev regional customs house are located on the territory of Kiev cargo auto station;

• favorable location of the complex near the transport highways, for instance, near the belt highway in Kiev;

• an excellent transport accessibility, a convenient access for super-size trucks;

• it's located inside the city bounds of Kiev;

• round-the-clock reliable security service.

Taking into account specificity of the enterprise which enables to work closely with Ukrainian importers and exporters on rendering forwarding services, customs - broker and customs - warehouse services, and also services connected with Customs terminal Zone of inspection work, all conditions for precise and fast customs registration are created.

In the nearest future, the complex of actions on reconstruction and creation of the basic transport-warehouse logistical scheme is planned. Thus, transportation, loading, unloading, moving, warehousing and storage of cargoes will be chained into one continuous process.
